HDPE Material

Good morning folks, Caveman is on a mission to find some HDPE remnants to cut into 1 1/2"x 1 1/2"x 24-48" long pieces for runners.
Anyone know of any companies that sells this stuff? Preferably Thurston, Lewis or Grays Harbor counties, can pick up on the way to PDX in a few weeks.

This material is what NW Safe used to effortlessly glide my huge Colonial 50 safe into "the Room". It was slicker than owl snot on a rainy night!!! I'm hoping to recreate that experience and take that big MOFO south to the Ponderosa and this will valuably aid me in my exodus. :s0155:

I've got a table saw to cut it up.
I'm hoping to find this stuff at a discount since I was born with a plastic spoon in my mouth.

Visqueen is HDPE. Might give it a try. Get the thick, clear stuff. Roll it out and double it up and Bob's yer uncle.

Just a thought, I'm wanting to make an order for a custom cut piece of smooth HDPE but being the thrift shopper that I am (ok cheap azz reloader) I would prefer to spend the least amount of bucks as possible.

Does anyone live/work by Tap Plastics on 2842 NE Sandy Blvd in Portland?
If so could you stop in and look in the scrap bin for smooth HDPE pieces? Probably best to talk to the hired help. I hoping to find remnants pieces of 1/2" thick x 18-48" long and 1 1/2" minimum or wider.

I'll be coming down to PDX on April 1st to fly out to visit sunnyville (Florida) and could buy a cup of coffee or a libation of your choice.

If someone would be so inclined to help out Ole Caveman, that would be great. :s0143:
