Have Online Purchase Transfers Mostly Returned to Normal?

It's been a while since I bought a gun online and had the transfer performed form local stores. Last time I did it though, it was in the tumult of looming gun bans that are now held up in court. Back then it was a zoo with background checks taking weeks or months, and many LGS' simply opting not to do them. Have things mostly calmed down since back then? I used to use Cut Above in Aloha and always appreciated them. Any suggested transferers in Portland/Salem that you've enjoyed working with lately?

I just bought a Glock 43X online from PSA and had my transfer/background check all done the same day. Everything went very smooth for me personally, all done within in an hour of walking in the local pawn shop. (Ace Buyers Downtown Eugene)
