I have tried to limit the search for September 1st, forward. I have given up several times.
And, I have read that others can't get "for sale Oregon" and "for sale Washington" separated.

I actually like the new convo feature. More similar to a text message format and you can scroll through the entire exchange together. PMs always frustrated me because I had to keep going back and opening them individually.
