Gunsmith in the Seattle area?

Need to find a gunsmith in the Seattle and outlying areas.

I have a Norinco Mak-90 that needs:

1) Muzzle threaded to 14x1LH

2) Tap out front sight and install another front sight. This requires either drilling out the two pins or tapping them out. Removing the front sight. Replacing with new front sight and tapping in either the old pins or use new ones. (which will be provided)

And for the second thing I need done is:

tapping or drilling out two pins on my other ak47 and tap in new pins.(pins provided)
