Gunsmith in or near Vancouver?

I have a Winchester Model 70 .243 that my grandpa gave me when I was a kid. It's been stored in less than ideal conditions for quite a few years now, and it's developing some rust on the barrel, bolt, etc. I'd like to take it in to a gunsmith to have it checked out and cleaned up again, and I'm looking for recommendations. I've tried contacting Clark County Gunsmithing twice, once by phone and again by email, and had no response so far.
