This is pure Bulls**t, according to this we have 4 or more time the murder rate of all the western nations. There is a video on Youtube(I'll have to find it) where this guy wanted the truth about whether a country like England with no firearms really has a almost zero rate of murder compared to the US. He took the statistics of Scotland yard and the FBI and compared them and it was very interesting; the rate of violent crime is higher in the UK by a couple points and the murder ratein the UK with all the gun oppression and confiscation of arms leaving the UK almost gun-free was only lower than the US by a fraction of a point. Which you can only draw 1 conclusion that even with the millions of firearms in this country and the potential for a huge murder rate from guns we are a pretty laid back people compared to other nations. If you were to look at the murder rate of say NRA members I doubt it is even a fraction of 1%. Its just we get told how violent we are because of our guns and the British get told how peaceful they are due to their lack of them when the opposite is actually the case.

I wish someone would put together gun vs knife stats, as that seems to be the tool of choice in most gun controlled countries.

We have friends that live over there and they say the crime is horrendous, but knives are a main weapon, and gangs are very prevalent.
