Got a little CNC Knee mill

Got a little 10X54 CNC knee mill. Huge bed compared to my old bridgeport. Still trying to figure out the functions and programming. Been a long time since I was in engineering school and Ive never done CNC programming outside of the stuff I do for my lathe and the conversational programming feature on that is so good I dont have to write code. . Not so good on this mill. Might take a bit to master.

There seems to be a fair amount of free cam softwares out there, some more user friendly than others. Fusion 360 is / was pretty popular with guys of different experience levels to spit out some G-code.

Nice piece!
I had to learn G code this year as we got a CNC lathe, Mill CNC G code is a bit more complex but G, M and canned cycles are pretty simple, if your math is solid it will be even easier.
