What exactly is broken with the upper? What makes you say good for a .22 conversion, I'm presuming sometihng is up with it to the point it's not safe to build an upper with?

I updated the photos CLEARLY circling the broke area on the upper. I used it with a 22 and it worked fine. If you want to PM me with your e-mail I could send more photos if your not just kicking tires.
