It was pretty good for a low budget western. I think the difference is the actors are very experienced.

I watched it yesterday and had to guzzle a gallon of whiskey, a quart of "heroin", smoke five packs a smokes and cough up a peck of blood to get through it.
Other than that it was great!

I love Westerns, but there are some stinkers out there.

"Open Range" with Robert Duvall is one of the stinkiest.

Up to that movie I was a fan.

After trying (I quit halfway or less through....) to watch it, I was ruined for anything with him in it.
