A good positive move by the Virginia Senate! i applaud their efforts.

I hate these types of laws, they only make me bitter in that they remind me that I don't have the finances to buy a gun a month. In reality, I'm a gun twice a year kind of guy. For now.

But what really sucks is having the funds to do one a month but not having permission from the finance minister to actually do it.
