I recently purchased a Glock G45 and have purchased some taller iron sights in preparation for installing a Trijicon SRO reflex sight. I can easily install the reflex sight myself but do not have the tools or experience to install the iron sights. A also don't want to screw up the slide attempting to install the iron sights without the proper tools.
When installing iron sights does the slide need to be removed from the Glock or should it be fully assembled?
Are there any gun dealers who could install these open sights for me? Would prefer someplace in Hillsboro or at least on the west side of Portland Oregon.
