I believe I have a set of fiber optic sights I will throw in as well. Found them - they are pictured below.
Only selling cause I have (4) Glock 17s and I need to fund another project. This has just sat in the safe so I'm letting it go.
Frame SN doesn't match the slide/barrel if you're concerned about that. The barrel and slide match eachother though. The frame was originally a G34.
