I like the idea of the 19x. I just wish they'd do the opposite. I've always wanted to have G19 Frame with a 17 slide, but have never wanted to do a chop job on one of my pistols.

Honestly, it seems like a solution in search of a problem. The G19 is a great carry gun, going with a full size frame, well why? It's not going to make it more concealable... And for serious competition, wouldn't one want the G17?

And yes, I'm a current Glock owner, G19 and G30...

If I'm carrying a Glock 17 frame, I'm wanting the Glock 17 barrel length as well. I dont have a hard time hiding barrel length.

I have a gen 4 but I didn't like the finger Grove's so I took my drimmal my bottom one off I like the top one

In my opinion, Glock got this backwards. It should have been a G19 frame with a G17 slide/barrel length.
