My Daughter who was a US NAVY Corpsman is all of 4'11 1/2" tall and about 118lbs and she shot expert with the M4 in the Navy. She had no trouble at all with the weapon. (Course she qualified with the M9 as well) And trained on the M-19 grenade launcher and a dual M2 mount on a river boat. But then I'm sure she was the rare exception NOT!
