WA already has the highest gas tax in the country, thinking if they can squeeze out the ICE car drivers, like myself out of the equation, they are absolute f**kwits. They think they can tax ICE cars out of existence which is BS, petroleum is going away anytime soon. WA is nothing but a tax happy, spend happy state that's digging its own grave with their BS "soak the rich" policies of sorts.
