Unfired, in the plastic. Have a single point sling, one 30 round mag and one 10 round mag this gen has the upgraded adjustable gas system, and magpul furniture. . These are hard to find and Sig is 4 months behind on them (I called this morning) . I haven't found a new one for less then 1500$ .
