Includes the charging holder, ball cap clip and mag mount. Basically everything you see in the picture (not selling the ball cap). Everything works. Charges through standard USB-C. Was painted black with model enamel paint over the original white color. Paint may be flaking off in some areas but everything is functional. Battery holds full charge like new, didn't use it as much as I'd thought I would.
