As a California native the PNW in reality has become California Jr or California-lite. Slightly more free with less taxes and better gun laws.

All my family is down there. I love Monterey and San Diego but have learned to live without them.

Surprisingly, Oregon has been the middle child of the west to hold out against the most aggressive gun control (yes Idaho, but really ).
