For the lovers of SPAM

I discovered an alternative today at Bi Mart.

It is called 'Dutch Colony cooked ham'. It comes in a 1 lb. typically shaped 'canned ham' can and for $3.49.

For all intents and purposes it looks and tastes like SPAM but a little cheaper due to it's 1 lb size.

Just thought I'd throw that out. I probably average one can of SPAM a month for snacking and in a few recipes I have tried with it.
