I have a stripped flat top receiver where the cover leaf where the gas tube goes in has been drilled out so it can no longer grip a gas tube how ever if your building a dedicated .22 upper or 9mm direct blowback type upper that does not need a gas tube you will be fine with this and it has some flaws in the finish has cardinal forge marking on it. it is black finish and is stripped
receiver only no barrel no bolt no forward assembly ect.
