RANGE REPORT: American Eagle 22lr

Took a box down to TCGC and set up a Speed Steel stage with my new Steel horse targets. Were using a 10/22 with both 10 end box mags and 2 BX-25s. Started out ok but as we got 2/3s through the box the jams started happening about 1 out of 3 mags. Rifle doesn't look that dirty and the rounds looked to be fell formed.

Don't think I'll use this stuff in a match, but good for practice.

Yeah, it was not copper plated. But not bad for the price.

Update: The stuff won't cycle properly in my AR 22 (CMMG dedicated upper on a Rock River NM triggered lower)

Ill test some of my american eagle 22 today at TCGC. Im not hopeful. I run golden bullet for the mosquito, fed bulk for the 22 conversion, and a bobcat that likes thunderbolt.

The American Eagle works fine in my Revolver, my lever action Henry and my single shot Springfield. No feed problems there (LOL)
