I have a couple of 500 round cases of Federal 223 50 grn (not 55) ammo for sale. The bullet has polymer ballistic tip and is very similar ( if not made by) Hornady Vmax. This works really well out of 1:8 and slower twist barrels. It works ok for plinking with 1:7 rifles but can be hit or miss for accuracy There are a couple of videos by DocTacDad on YouTube.
