Of course your a stihl guy.....husky 385xpStihl MS261-CM
Say what? English pleaseI'm a big fan of the parang, a folding pruning saw, and a mora knife as bushcraft wood processing. My fiskars saw is lightweight and does fine with emergency wood cutting, the parang is great for both batoning and branch cleaning for shelter, and the mora for feathersticks. What are your go-tos?

I once cut down the family Christmas tree with an AK47 does that count too?I often use a Marlin .45-70 Guide Gun with a hard cast bullet to trim large tree branches.
Precise and efficient.
Does that count?
We have always used a shotgun. Added benefit in that the trunk is pre-shredded to absorb water better.I once cut down the family Christmas tree with an AK47 does that count too?
My personal favorite. Does hella job on the wood.
Concur with what jsutch promotes...in regards to. light weight saws I would also look at Silky Saws...they work.I'm a big fan of the parang, a folding pruning saw, and a mora knife as bushcraft wood processing.
