I have a very lightly used, less than 200 rounds, Factory built Bootleg/PWS 14.5" Upper with Bootleg 4 position Adjustable BCG and Charge Handle.
Bootleg Industries is the sister company of Primary Weapon Systems (PWS). You may recognize the upper receiver and rail system from the Mod 2 line of PWS rifles. These are very high quality. This is basically a Mod 2 Upper in Direct Impingement rather than piston configuration. With the 4 position Adjustable Bootleg BCG you can dial in the gas system for less recoil as well as Suppressor use.

-Bootleg PicMod Rail that uses BCM mounting hardware and barrel nut
-PWS 1:8 twist 14.5" barrel, mid-length gas, 223 Wylde chamber
