External hammer holsters

So, I have a problem. I like the Springfield 45 I have, but it has the external hammer. I have a bit of a gut and the hammer always digs into my side. I have been trying to find iwb holsters with a gaurd that will keep the hammer from diging into me. I cannot find one. Help or suggestions would be appreciated. I can't believe they haven't made one.

Almost. With the hammer locked and safety on the hammer would still dig into my gut.

Crossbreed should go up high enough for you. I don't like exposed muzzles in my holsters but maybe you don't care.
