ELK HIDE COLLECTION SITES ??

We got 1 cow elk so far out of our 3 tags- we used to have the Dallas Tannery and hide collection barrels around my local area, I havent seen collection barrels for years and the tannery shut down years ago as well. is there any place local that still takes or wants hides? some use to give you a new pair or two of gloves . any ideals near Albany,Dallas,Salem etc?
