"Reinstate the Obama-Biden policy to keep guns out of the hands of certain people unable to manage their affairs for mental reasons, which President Trump reversed."

This one ^ is a lot more messed up than most people realize. Apparently it's not all that uncommon for SS to appoint a representative payee (significant other usually). I knew two people that would have lost there rights to this, had Trump not reversed it. They are both more than competent to own a firearm.

Outright lies, claiming the assault weapon and high capacity magazine ban had a positive impact on mass shootings... When indeed all studies done, even by federal angencies have debunked that, indicating there was zero net impact.

Typical lies from the left...

The dumbshi.tz proclaiming no difference between Rs and Ds and that this election is no different than any other are displaying their ignorance, and the moderators are allowing it to continue. Think again:

Wake up:

Just remember what has been accomplished since January 20, 2017
- nearly 500 miles of border walls
- NAFTA renegotiated in our favor
- Jobs brought back to America
- tariffs to make trade more equal and favorable
- incredible job growth
- GNP growth rates we were told were unobtainable ever again
- conservative judge appointments across all federal courts and the SCOTUS
- even lower taxes
- downsizing government regulations
-making America more business friendly

Before the China flu, the US economy was smokin', lowest unemployment rates since the 1960's, lowest ever for black Americans, lowest ever for Latinos....

You see anything Biden/Harris are
Offering???? Other than attacks on Trump?

Dems got nothin' to offer America than:
- no borders
-higher taxes
- chaos nationwide
- more welfare and food stamps
- less self worth and less self respect
- bigger government

Some days I just feel ornery as heck and think about voting national socialist..
But I won't, will vote straight Republican as I generally/always do...
When my only choices are between an entrenched socialist and a fringe-y weirdo leftist newcomer, I vote for the noob.

On the off chance that they unseat the incumbent, their momentum will be crushed when they go to Salem, DC, wherever they're headed, and get pushed into a corner and ignored by the players.

Otherwise, if available, I vote pro2A and that means Republican.

Huh? Sorry I'm dumb

In some places, Portland in particular, local races are often between an entrenched Democrat and a slew of oddball challengers. ALL bad choices.

If there is no conservative on the ballot, then I vote for the wackiest d-bag on the ballot who seems to have a modicum of citizen support but not the backing of the incumbent's "friends" already safe in their positions.

My hope is that the establishment D is voted out and replaced by a fringe weirdo. The incumbent D has the sort of power that I find unsettling and, frankly, unAmerican. The new guy/gal will get shuffled off to some committee basement because they are a lowlife freshman and weild 0 power over the rest of the body. Their ill-concieved policies will, hopefully, be ignored by the rest of the body, sparing us from their predictably disastrous and expensive mistakes. Also, hopefully, their enthusiasm for the gig will wane and they'll return to private life after their first term.

It's my version of term limits...

supreme court will smack that down. Its unconstituational. Although who knows, Trump and the conservative leaning SCOTUS chose NOT to hear the suppressor case. Its almost as if politicans don't really care about what their constituents want.
Your politicians serve their lobby money . Your politicians know you are idiot sheeple who like to be pooped on . They are a crime gang. Besides most gun owners vote in anti gun politicians.

I could buy a 30 year old 3 axis CNC mill for $5k and make a fortune on the black market..... if I were a criminal, that is.

Kinda funny how both parties try to get rid of some things by legalising them, and others by making them illegal.... when in almost all instances, making things legal reduces the incentive for criminals to get involved, at least for business purposes. Criminals will always love their drugs and guns.

Oh really? Does ANYONE really believe all 9 current members of SCOTUS would vote to knock these kind of laws down? I hope no one who owns a gun is really that far gone. For those who "think" SCOTUS would just knock these down by a majority? Do they really believe people like Joe and Kam would not appoint more black robes who would have zero problems with these laws?
Also which law? On line ammo? Seems a lot of people must not be old enough to remember you had to have ID and fill out a book to buy hand gun ammo not very long ago. In order to order ammo you had to have an FFL.
License to own a gun? How many states have that today? I missed where SCOTUS knocked those laws down?
This is why we have the laws and loss of rights we have. So many gun owners keep telling themselves that law makers saying they will take guns do not really mean it, or that the courts will step in and save the day. Neither is true yet gun owners just keep voting to lose gun rights.:s0054:

And exactly will Trump do?
Has done:
- renegotiated NAFTA
- pull the US out of agreements that had no benefit to the country
- record low unemployment not seen since the 1960's
- smoking, strong economy before it was crippled by the China flu
- deregulation, allowing business to do business
- bringing jobs back to america
- GNP numbers we were told this country could never achieve again
- nearly 500 miles of border wall
- conservative justices appointed across all the federal courts, especially the SCOTUS

And on and on and on and on....

Love him or hate him, if you can fog a mirror and can understand truth and fact, can't deny what he's really done.

I do not have the same faith
I have more faith that POTUS will not enact more gun control than I have faith that BiteMe/Kameleon will not enact theirs.
While I do not carry water for POTUS, when it comes to the 2A, my choice is clear.

I used to weigh the candidates based upon all the issues. The Left has pushed me so far over the centerline that they have practically turned me into a single-issue voter.

I think this statement is interesting. I did not vote for Trump in 2016 because a) living in Washington, a vote for a repube is a wasted vote anyways and b) he's been a new York dem all his life, why would I trust him to not be a wolf in sheep clothing

The thing I found so interesting is that I believe that if Pelosi and the other dems had fed his ego and congratulated him on a great victory. Praised him for his deal making and not attacked him then its very possible he would have done damn near anything they wanted. They could have turned him on conservatives but being nice ... too which conservatives would have criticized and then he'd attack them. They kind of screwed themselves there.

Instead they started Russia and constant attacks. Every time they attack him it seems like he takes a hard right turn to spite them. And I like it.

I voted for the libertarian in 2016 thinking maybe if they could get traction then maybe we could get away from this nonsense status quo. Trump's actions since he won, he has earned my vote in 2020.

That's not to say I love everything he does or says ... but I think he's earned it.

Plus the entertainment value!

Side notes on entertainment: I wish dems had nominated that Marianne Williamson lady instead. She was so weird. The debates would have been awesome.

Also debates, Dana White should promote one between Biden and Trump. But instead of talking, put the 2 of them in the octagon and let them go 5 rounds. Do it for a charity of the winners choice.
