I have been trying for a few days now to do a 5320.20 on the eforms website and it is not working, I keep getting an error message.

I have tired clearing my cookies, used 2 different browsers and 2 different internet sources all with the same results.

It will let me start a form, but says there is an error and will save the form, but not let me edit or delete it. If I try and do anything it creates a new draft so now I have several drafts with no information stuck on my account.

Has anyone used this and had it work? I have an upcoming trip and afraid I am not going to get this in before I leave.

Looks like a server-based issue on the platform. You might have to contact support and mention the urgency if that helps.

I did such AFTER we moved (in state). Everything's fine, no black helicopters showed up at the new house. Approval was reasonably quick. A few weeks...

They a different browser.

At work I use safari but for some devices (even in the same platform) they won't connect so I downloaded Firefox and use that when safari isn't working.

Just a thought.

As I said, already tried 2 different ones including Firefox.

I just did some troubleshooting and it appears to only be an issue with the Form 20. I was able to create, edit and delete Form 1 and Form 4.

I do have an email into the ATF.
