Looks good, how many rounds down the pipe?

It's had about 300 rounds through it, bore looks perfect.

When was the rifle made/purchased?

It was originally purchased around 2001 I believe, the original owner (whom I trust very much) put about 100 rounds through it, and I bought it last year and put maybe 200 through it. So it was probably made around 2000/2001.
