I don't know either but do know anyone has a really really weak case when they have zero evidence. OP is sweating bullets here going to great lengths to "prove" his innocence (when hes admitted several times his dogs bark at his neighbor).

I just began to think about this. I have now about 5 witnesses that will contradict the complaint. I will try to get the original complaint via public records request. Or, have my PI get it for me.

Shakes head....If your dogs don't bark at or around Animal Control in a matter that meets the nuisance standard you have nothing to worry about. They will investigate. Animal Control used video evidence of our neighbors dogs when they challenged their tickets.

That's not an absurd question at all and ridiculous to suggest asking a question in a discussion is absurd. Last time I checked were innocent until proven guilty. The burden is on animal control to prove his dogs bark or nobody has a case that will win.
