Tac-Star - nothing fancy. Just put it on there the other day haven't even shot it with it on there. Seems to be a robust enough unit... time will tell if I should have ponied up extra for the mesa tactical

Make sure you loctite (blue) those screws!
My first one came off when I was clay shooting with my mossy 590.

Yeah I loctited (not a word....) the crap out of the screws on mine... The way it's set up having the mounting screws for it back out would be really bad in a time of need.
