I am looking to sell my 84 k5 blazer.
Was asking $5500 now lowered to $5000.
Would make a great prepper rig these last forever and have no stupid computers.
It has the 6.2l diesel engine they are very sought after for there mpg. I combed the entire united states for months before finding this one.
It has ZERO RUST through out the entire rig which is very hard to find in older square body rigs.
It is a Silverado edition so it has all power windows/locks, and ac all of which work.
There were not many of these made in civilian models and are hard to come by. Most of them where CUCV m1009 military Blazers.
It is a automatic transmission.
It has a full set of newer 31's. It has a brush guard and a set of Tiger off-road lights on the front of the guard.
I have kept all receipts for work done on the blazer and here is some of them.
Previous owner replaced and had services done on the following.
Transmission overhaul (new clutch plates, steel plates, bushings, thrust bearings, electric connector, torque converter and detente cable, Replaced flywheel flex plate).
New transmission shift kit with updated throttle valve.
Rear end gone through and replaced components (Rear drive line U joint, upper and lower ball joints, rear u joint and adjusted pinion yoke)
New glow plugs all 8.
New front shocks.
Door Ajar switches.
The parts I replaced and had serviced are.
Replaced all belts with gates belts.
New ps pump.
New alternator.
New Starter.
Had the Ac converted to r134a and refilled.
Oil and fuel filter change.
Temperature control assembly.
Rear tailgate window motor cable.
New Windshield.
Windshield motor.
This k10 Blazer has never been chopped up or modified in anyway so its completely stock condition.
Being how this is my daily driver I put a nice modern rear seat from a later year suburban which integrated chest seat belts however it can easily be removed and the old one can be put back in the mount i had made for it just unbolts from the original bolts. I still have the original seat if so desired.
It has some paint fading that the square bodies are known for.
Other than that it's in good condition.
I love this rig and it is my daily driver so I am in no hurry to sell it. And its my daily driver so miles will continue to go up.
