I received this as a gift and have no interest in black powder. Brand new in box. Unfired. I am asking that buyer present a current CHL of your state of residence (If you have to ask why, maybe this is not the deal for you) Prefer to meet in SE Portland. I will drive edges of Portland Metro but it will add $25. If it is across the Columbia river then it is $50 Looks like a fun item, I wish I had use for it.
