Del-ton Mid-length Upper 1x9 5.56- $425

I have a Del-ton Mid-length upper for sale. Purchased brand new less than a year ago and has only seen 50rds through it. The barrel is HB 1x9 twist chrome moly in 5.56. Will include BCG & charging handle, but no rear sight. Upper is clean, no scratches, dings, etc...

Will let go for $425 OR trade for another AR15 upper with a 16" M4 profile with a CL barrel, will part out extra cash too. Prefer FTF in my area.

Just out of curiosity, what kind of rear sight is that? DPMS? I am looking for something similar. How do you like it? Thanks.

The rear sight is an LMT or LMT style. There are several makers and prices range from $25 up to $100 depending on the maker. Here's a good link for you and a bump for the OP(great upper at a great price)!:

GAH! If you lived in Oregon or were close to the Portland/Vancover area I'd take that off your hands as soon as friday!

I dont know the laws between out of state sales. I'm pretty sure its not legal for me to sell to you FTF since youre an OR resident. But an upper is not considered a firearm, so I dont know. Maybe somebody can chime in on this.

It's legal as long as there is not a lower involved. You can even ship it to him as it is sold basically as gun parts.

Man, I went to the Oregon Gun Show yesterday. I bought an "Olympic Arms" upper.. though I have no idear if it really is what J&S sales said it was..
