my buddy's uncle drew the Klamath premium deer tag. He got a decent buck this weekend.









I would have held out for something bigger, but then again I've killed a lot of bucks bigger than this one. Still and all, not a bad meat buck.

I got the same picture yesterday from a guy I have not seen in years and he said it was shot by his buddies uncle. This guy must have a lot of nephews.

So it isn't just me who noticed the BLOOD LEACH hanging out the ears...

One time while elk hunting (with rifle), I shot a cow right between the lookers and the similar occurred but her eyes came out of her head. It was less than 100 yards and all I saw was her head and a little of her neck as she noticed me. I apologize to anyone that might be disturbed by such graphic details. On the other hand, the animal probably didn't feel a thing and gave up the ghost quick.
