DDR PC3200 256 +MB stick of RAM

I have a friend that has an older desktop PC that uses DDR-400 (PC3200) 184-pin RAM, and only has 1 stick of 256 MB RAM in the system. I am looking for another stick of 256 MB or greater size. Since the system is a desktop, it must be non-ECC. Let me know if you have one you'd sell for $10 or less and are near the Beaverton area.

I prefer PC3200 because the lowest common speed between all DIMMs is the speed that they all will be programmed to run at by BIOS, and I don't want to make my friend's system any slower.

i would stay away from anything other then 3200
alot of times on the older ram it doesnt slow it down it just wont work atall
