I bought this upper brand new and only put 40 rounds through it (20 suppressed/ 20 not).
Runs great but deciding to go a different route, this does come with the factory DD bcg and ch.
This is pin and welded with a surefire 3 prong flash hider so you can easily suppress it with a SF or B&T Rotex can.
This upper is in like brand new condition.
