Buying a house and need a bit more cash to cover some of the closing expenses. I can replace the gun in a month or two.
CZ-75 P-01 w micarta grips
2 standard cap (14rnd) mags
Also included are the factory rubber grips
Comes with an IWB kydex holster as well
Carried a lot but not shot a lot. Has minor holster wear from lots of practice.
Must go thru FFL and buyer must sign a bill of sale - I have to account for all cash deposits for the loan underwriting or I would not normally ask for that last bit. Buyer pays xfer fees.
