That the SOA model or is it a decocker? Looks like a SAO in the pic but cant tell 100%

Omegas can not be converted to SAO.

Round count unknown, but I would estimate 2000 rounds or so based on the condition.

@BrandonQuixote is correct, this is an omega model that is either SAO/DAO with decocker or single action with a safety.
