  1. I have read and accept the classified system rules and terms of service.
It's an oldie but shoots great. Nice condition but not so nice you'd feel bad shooting it- a little holster wear and a couple scuffs befitting it's age. Easy to take down for cleaning. Comes with 1 8-round magazine, cleaning rod, original leather holster, 50 rounds of FMJ, 50 rounds of JHP.

Cash sale at FFL in N or NE Portland.

Great pistol in a cool caliber! GLWS
Thanks! I'm told the CZ-52 was originally designed for 9mm Parabellum ammunition but when it was chosen for military use they went to a NATO Soviet caliber. Apparently there are 9mm conversion parts out there, but I've never seen any.

I'm no expert but I have a couple of them. One is a 1953 commercial (polished blued slide) and the other is a 1954 military (parkerized finish). Both are 7.62x25 which is supposed to have 357 magnum type performance. From what I've read about the cartridge, it was developed during the cold war as a tool to disable armored troop carriers by penetrating the radiator and damaging the engines.

You may already know this but you should never dry fire this gun with an empty chamber. It's design is such that it will almost always break the firing pin if you do.

That's a big ten four, and I haven't dry fired it. I've also heard one shouldn't fully trust the decocker as the hammer stop eventually wears and can allow a discharge. So it sits in the safe and I clean it once in a while.

Heck I've only put 150 rounds through it in the 5 years since I inherited it. I'm not a collector so I (and probably my uncle) would rather it live with someone who will enjoy and appreciate it.
