BIG PRICE DROP! NEED TO GET THIS OUT OF MY LOADING DOCK!

WILL CONSIDER FULL OR PARTIAL TRADE FOR CAR/TRUCK/SUV/BOAT/ MOTORCYCLE/SNOWMOBILE/ATV OR FIREARMS.

This brand new, one-of-a-kind custom bunkhouse was built to last! I was going to use this on a property I purchased last summer, but that transacation ended up having to be basically reversed because of some misrepresentation. So no corners were cut for this build and I wish i could be using it now. Perfect bunkhouse to pull up next to with a camper van or RV. More room for the kids.

The timber frame was built with 8x8 and 4x4 beams. Not your typical mass-produced and cheaply made tiny home that you see posted everywhere. These beams were milled from trees that were fallen from the Detroit Lake fires of 2020.

The bunk beds were built from LVL beams. There are no 2x4's in this bunkhouse! This was truly built to last generations.

This bunkhouse was waterproofed before the siding even went up. The siding was done using the shou sugi ban technique. Each shingle was charred in our shop.

The bar is a single live edge slab with stools that were made in-house by our talented team. Too many things to list here and you need to see this in person to truly appreciate everything that went into this build.

If you're going to compare this to a Tuff shed please don't comment. This isn't for you. I would consider trades but need at least half (preferably more) to be cash. Would be open to vehicles, high end guns, toys (boat/motorcycle/snowmobile/ATV) etc. I'd also consider short term installment plan with at least half down to the right buyer.

Dimensions : 20 ft x 10 ft tall x 8.5 ft wide

That is why I asked
Out of the many camping trips my family has been on, the most memorable ones have been the camping sites with minimal conveniences. Especially one's with no cell signal and no power so that we had to use flashlights and lamps. Everyone was off their cell phones and really engaged with games and conversation. This is the reason we didn't want the extra stuff with this build. Just nice big comfortable beds and a nice place to eat while enjoying the view (was going to face a river).

Wow ... Impressive! Do you normally build houses like these?
Merry xmas too!

Merry Christmas to you too!

I have a general contractor's license and have a design-build shop in NW Portland. But we just started getting into tiny homes. We can build from drawings or work off ideas and design together.
There was a land property I was trying to get. (4 years ago) It fell along the process because the easement (if that's the right word) is a bit inside lot. Maybe around 5 feet inside instead of going towards the street. The lot size was still good ts a total of 5,500 sq ft.
The beauty about this land is I can have a stick build or a manufactured home as have an attachment or foundation to affix the house. There are certain requirement that I have t have 10 feet distance from property edge on the front and 5 or 10 n the back. So the easement location is somewhere along the driveway or paved... I been on that property so many times and even talked to the city to walk me through the proper procedure. The city inspector felt for me obviously I didn't know what I was doing. He sad if that property wasn't 40 miles from here, I would have went with you.... :s0140: The inspector was covering 2 different cities thats why its far. Anyways that didn't go through in the end.
I'm gearing up to try again soon especially with the new administration. I'm predicting realty is going to be good for both buyers, realty and construction. So I may need to hire someone that can build me this type of house.
BTW: Going back. The last property that I was getting was 4,000 feet or 3/4 mile distance from the ocean. I'm not sure if there is a difference in built from that location or a house far considering if I try to get my hands on a manufactured homes.
