Well the wifey and I decide to relocate to some acreage in North Texas, can't take everything with me. This is a very nice custom built 275 gallon reverse flow smoker. 1/4" steel on the whole construction. Intake and exhaust variable controls for temps, runs at 225 all day with ease. Pull out trays, dual ball valves for drip/grease traps. Smaller door near the firebox is a custom NG or Propane gas burner to grill if you don't want to fire up the whole rig, but still connected to the smoker to use normally. Quick disconnects on the flexible gas line. Asking what I have in it in just materials $2500. Same rig will run you north of $4500-$6500.
