Could I get one blued, fluted, .920, and threaded for 1/2-28 and what would it cost?

these barrels are aluminum on the outside, which cannot be blued. To get them black, they would need to be anodized, which i do not do (too expensive in small batches). The barrels could be painted, but i dont think it would hold up very well.
