This is a Crossrope Performance set with weighted rope. Not only does this give you excellent cardio but gives your arms a good work out as well. This is perfect for someone 5'10 to 6'2. I am 6'1.5 and it is not too big not to small.
I bought this new and used it only a handful of times. Unfortunately my bad foot just makes jump rope impossible for me. I get a good day or two in, and my old break acts up so I have to stop and give it almost a week. So I'm stuck on the treadmill and this has just been sitting.
I paid $100 for the performance handles and the 1/4lb rope (blue) and then paid $40 for the 1/2lb rope (white).
Take the whole set for $50 or trade me like 60 bucks worth of ammo. I'll take 22lr standard vel and subs only, 9mm, 300blk, 44spc/44mag, or 5.56
