DANG ANDY! YOU da MAN!Not coyote...
But a jacket I made from the last elk I got.
Brain tan...lots of work...but a cool jacket.
Brain tan is very soft and when smoked...will not stretch all outta shape when wet and be stiff when dried.

My father-in-law did the same thing. He called it his "kill pile". He trapped a lot of them over the years.I stacked them along the fence like cord wood so the farmers could see i was doing my job.

These coyote steak bites are made from, yes, coyote! When the opportunity presented itself to try cooking some up, I couldn't say no!www.theintrepideater.com

Gag! Years ago I was elk hunting with a friend when a coyote stepped out in a clearing. My friend blasted it with a .338 Win Mag and then threw it in the back of his SUV because his young son wanted to collect the $10 bounty offered in Douglas County at that time. It soon began to smell like skunk in the SUV. I told my friend I would give his son the $10 if he would just dump that coyote outside.![]()
