The list of who can fill out the form to have all your guns confiscated includes former dating partners or former spouse!

I wonder what you would have to prove to ever get them back?

Yet of course the scum will run around with guns, they can't own, that are often stolen, and nothing is done to them.
Guys be damn careful who you date or decide to shack up with.
Common sense on EVERYTHING in our world has seriously gone out the window.....don't even get me started

Sadly this is not an uncommon story. Another one that is not uncommon is some gal who does fear for her life and the courts do nothing until the guy comes and kills her. Then they of course use those instances to say the solution is more laws.
My buddy had his ex claim fake assault charges on him to get custody of the kid after a year of Court and proving she lied she finally admitted she lied and nothing was ever was done to her for lying and the false accusation. It cost him like 20k in lawyer fees for that.

As we all know a DB charge means no more pew pew.

I have long held that when someone lies like that in court they should get to spend time in prison. Its the only thing that would make some fear doing this.

How the F does this pass muster?!? It violates the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and the 8th Amendments all at once!

This video pertains to NY, but if their ERPO scheme can fall there, it can in the PNW as well…

Outfrigginstanding! What's sad is that each of these state laws must be challenged individually and someone's rights must first be duly shat upon before a suit can be levied.

It's rather disgusting that such abuses of authority and public office can be allowed in a modern/developed society. Might as well be living in China.

I have said for a LONG time. The Bill of Rights is not worth anything if black robes say its not. That's how we get stuff like this. People have sat back and allowed it. I am sure a LOT of people who thought this sounded like a great idea will get caught up in it when they have a bad break up. When it happens to them they will be shocked but they were all fine with it before it bit them. :s0092:
