Conversion Barrel for xdm 40 3.8" to 9mm

I have a XDm 40 3.8" and I want to get the 9mm conversion barrel for it. I have seen you can get conversion barrels for the 4.5" but can you get the barrels for the 3.8"? Does anyone know where to get one or if you could use the one for the 4.5" I am really confused because I can find a 4.05" and Springfield does not make a XD that size...it is either a 3.8" or a 4.5" in .40 Cal.
