What is the issue exactly? Forgot what email address you used to sign up? Forgot password? Never received an email confirmation after account setup?

Ive logged on in the past but drawing blank on pw so I used the forgot pw button. Ive done this many times over the last few weeks with no response on resetting pw.

I used a customer support form asking for help and have got zero response until today, and I all got was directions on how to reset pw. They said reply back if link didnt work, which it didnt so I replied back, and of course, zero response.

In addition to the web form, they have an email address you can directly message. (I've always managed to, eventually, get the issues resolved on GB. But their support is garbage.)

I just found a support email address. See if I get a human or more automated garbage. Makes me not want to buy anything off a site that has no phone #.

Good luck, it's like navigating the seventh circle of hell to reach customer support, I got a few delayed email replies when a SHADY AS EFF seller did some crazy weird stuff to me on an attempted buy, I would be surprised if you can talk to a breathing human.

Soured me on GB for sure.

Its the right email. I actually thought maybe I used a different one so I went to create an account with the email in question and it wouldn't let me as it was already in use. Probably saving me $$$$ by not getting logged back in..lol

I'm glad to hear you got it fixed. Like many websites selling stuff, help from staff is difficult to obtain. Nobody wants to answer a phone anymore. I takes up too much time.

As website designs go, I don't like Gunbroker.

I like GunBroker just fine. Certainly easier to deal with than the ATF website in my opinion. Glad you're up and running, now go buy a gun!
