I'm not sure if they're the best place or not, but J&B Firearm Sales in Beaverton is a good spot for consignment sales.

Every time I've visited, there is consignment sales hanging on the wall at reasonable prices. No clue what % they're asking.

I sold a Sig at Highline in Newberg on consignment. They were pretty easy to deal with. Seems like they got 10% of the sale, if I remember right? Good luck.
