WTT WA complete Seekins Precision lower

I have a like new complete Seekins Precision SP223 lower. I want to trade towards a Glock 19 gen 3.
It has a USGI Stag lower parts kit, as well as A2 grip and stock. It is complete and ready to use....I just have not done so yet. I received it in trade last year and it has sat in my safe since then.
I would put the trade value around $400 so I realize I would add a little cash to cover a Glock 19.
I would also take cash.
